Price Check Trading L3400hst for M7040SUHD

I am looking at trading in my 2007 l3400 hst 4wd fel 2 scd's with 315 hours. Trade in offer $13k. This is to trade up to new M7040SUHD. Two sets of 164# weights, canopy, block heater, down exhaust, fel, hydraulic shuttle, dual rear scd's, and rops.

I love the l but have outgrown it. I made 20 ac of hay with it this year and the ride is not the best. It does what I want begrudgingly. I picked up a part at the dealer and asked a trade value. Sounds good to me. What do you think?

I just priced a M7040 equipped like yours, minus the weights at $32,900. Can't help you on your trade-in price other than to say I wouldn't want to pay more than that for your L3400 if buying it.

that sounds like a good deal to me.an the trade in sounds real fair to me as well.an your getting a tractor thatll do everything you ask it todo.

Price came in better than expected. With an extra canopy for my brother and loan fees came in at $34,700. Delivery included no tax. She looks great.

congrates i have the same tractor i traded in an 3800 you will enjoy the tractor if you move heavy stuff with fell you will want the wieghts on the rear tires i have the cast centers and loaded rear tires and the rear still is light at times i hope you have many hour of enjoyment on your new 7040

Thanks guys. I look forward to using her. I spent two hours baling on my brother's just after mine was delivered. I missed the canopy.



His was already hooked up to the baler 10 miles away. He bought his last year and i love it.

We have different wheel/weight options and his canopy is not yet installed. There are a couple of other slight differences but they are mostly the same.

I know I will love my Mabel.
