I have been trying to compare specs and hp wise it looks like the John Deere 5093E is the closest in comparison to the Farmall 95 I have been leaning towards. The Farmall has larger tires (34 compared to 30") and it appears more standard weight (trying to decipher the specs is fun) but if it can handle the 4 bottom 16" plow without struggling then I will be ok with it. I am hoping to go talk to the John Deere dealer now that I have kind of decided what model is close to what I want. What do you guys think about the 5093E overall?

I was in the exact same place a little over a year ago as you are...Farmall 95-VS-5093E. The power reverser transmission is what drew me to the Deere. Then I found an "M" and an "E" side by side. I must have spent an hour walking around both units and comparing. There is (or was) a huge difference in the two tractors. The deciding factor for me was the extra weight of the "M", 32/16 tranny, a heavy duty 3pt hitch, the placement of the controls and the rear fender 3pt hitch control. My wife was with me at the time and she said that she would pay the extra $ 10,000 for the "M" with fender switch so that she wouldn't have to help me hook up/unhook equipment.
I drove an "E" around the dealership and I didn't notice a whole lot of difference than the "M". I think the guys that have the "E" love them and I'm sure you will also. The only thing I didn't like on the "E" was the placement of the controls.

Thanks, I am going to take a look at the M as well but for comparison purpose the E is more in line with the 95. I am intentionally trying to not look at the more deluxe models just because I don't want to be tempted
