Well it's time for getting the snow equipment ready. So what's new in your snow equipment arsenal?

A JD 5045E with a 553 loader and a "Cover my tractor" soft cab that I'm fitting out with snaggle toothed ice chains. I could use a back blade or a nine foot snow plow that fit a JD carrier or a rear PTO snow blower or a .......... Well I'm going to start the winter with what I've got and see how it goes.as the checkbook is already done it's part to stimulate the US economy this year.

Recently bought a Bobcat S185 with heat & A/C. Traded my Kubota B3030 for some cash and new equipment, which includes a 73" Erskine snow blower. I don't have it yet, but it's on order and should be here late in the month.
I busted out the Kubota & Buhler blower exactly one time last winter. It was a mild one. But I'm okay with that. If it happens again, I'm only saving hours on the machine.

I am going to get tire chains for my Kubota. The question is front or rear if I can only afford 1 pair?

A 2012 Polaris Sportsman 400HO with a Glacier III plow will assist the 1635/Farm King blower.

Almanac calling for less than normal snow, but colder than normal. Blower is ready.

I just purchased a 2011 Kubota B3300SU and I intend to put tire chains on it. Does anyone know if the chains will fit without spacers?

Here are some pics. There's about an inch of clearance I'd say.
