I've always wondered, why are there four bolts and two lug nuts? I can see why the studs help you locate the wheel, but why not use all studs and ditch the bolts?

I have no idea on this. Doesn't even seem like it would be a cost saver.

Anyone have any advise on getting the tube out of the tire? I have had good luck with tube patches in the past so I think I'll try that.

2 reasons for bolts instead of all studs.
1. cost - it costs more to make stud & nut for it than just a bolt. May not seam like much but multiply it by several thousand tractors built it adds up.
2. studs are on there for conveniecne of installation. - more so to reduce factory assembly time than for our (customer) convenience. In production, time is money.

No suggested pressure on the tire. Any ideas? It's a 13.6-24.

It's going down about .5 Lbs every 15 minutes. Time for a tube patch.

Tore the valve stem taking the tube out. Done for now until I get to Tractor Supply for a new one later.

You may have trouble getting the tire to seat in the bead. You can spray a LITTLE starting fluid between the tire and rim then hold a flame near it, that will cause a small explosion that will force the bead to seat. I use one of those lighters with the long snout on it so you don't have to get your hand too close.

Many Youtube examples of this if you want to watch somebody else do it. Good luck not blowing yourself up!
