Forks Clamp On Pallet Forks

Titan, not to thread jack but. I noticed your 42" ssqa weigh 295 lbs. the 48" weigh considerably more at 375lbs (80lbs for 6"), then the 60" are only 20lbs more than the 48" (only 20 lbs for 12"). Are those weights accurate?

Thanks for the input Titan. I did end up buying the forks on Craigslist for $125. Couldn't pass it up. Hope I made the right choice! They are 42" long plus backer and clamp-on area. 4" wide, 2.5"thick at base of fork, 2" thick in the middle of the fork, tapered down to 3/4" at the tip of the fork. They are used and rusty but not bent. Pure guess but I would say they weigh 80 lbs. each. Just like most of this go's I'll put them on and see how they work! I'm imagining a left to right stabilizer in the future. Thanks for all of your knowledgeable input. Aaron.

The 42" fork attachment weighs 295lbs and the 48" weighs 375 lbs. The frame(or backing plate) is a bit heavier on the 48" and the 60" fork attachments and that is where bulk of the weight difference is.

Happy Holidays!

Aaron,

Those look like some beefy forks and with some cleaning up I think you made a great buy!

Merry Christmas!
