Price Check Fair Offer for an old Kubota B5200

I came across this B5200 that the owner is looking to let go. I would like to make him a fair offer. It is 2WD and runs fine. The owner started it for me while I was there looking at it. He will include a 4ft blade and another similiar tractor (torn apart, but he claims all the pieces are there). It aint the prettiest machine, has been sitting awhile, and has definitely been used. But, it started right up and seemed to pull plenty strong. What do think would be a decent offer?

Since I would have no use for something like that I may be underbidding by saying 1500-2000, still seems in pretty good shape for something that maybe close to 40 yrs old, tough little buggers they were.

Yeah, It is a little smaller than what I was looking for. But, I still could use it. I was thinking maybe $1500-$1750.
