Thanks for the info--- . Is this kit you are talking about something a carpenter can install himself? I'm kind'a mechanilly inclined, but I can't spell worth a ----!!!!
roger tried to respond to your message but could not get it to work. if you have access to fax machine i can get the instruction sheet for you to look at. installation requires the unit to be somewhat disassembled and as stated before the trio which is easily recognized and jumper wires installed you can determine how far to go with this. the hardest part is not breaking the brushes taking unit apart not a problem when reassembling unit because you can take a paper clip and secure brushes for install of regulator and removed before testing. just let me know.
If it came with a voltage regulator, it will be very easy to replace. They are usually mounted in an accessible area. Around 40 bucks for my backhoe at NAPA. don-ohio
