$100 Apple gift card...REALLY?

The only apples I'm interested in are the ones that grow on trees - not the computers.

If you don't use Apple products, you should be able to sell it for a good percentage of its face value.

I got a $100 Apple card a few months ago, and I have used almost all of it. Songs, Applications, and Books for my iPad.

It is not a worthless item, but if you don't use Apple products, why did you think it would be worthwhile for you?

There is probably someone in your sphere of relatives and friends who would love it.

How long did it take you to get your gift card? I'm still waiting.. I plan to sell mine at cardpool for $88..

It was a free $88 if they ever send my card.

I just cancelled my home phone from frontier. Glad I didn't get suckered into a contract. They were charging me >$70/ mo. for a single line phone only...

I just checked my records...they told me about the card on January 20th via phone and I recieved it the day I began this thread or the day before. WELCOME TO TBN !! I have never heard of cardpool...gotta check that out, thanks.

I also get a claimed (yeah, CLAIMED) 2 mb DSL service included and it costs me $79 a month with taxes. I so envy those who can get cable internet service with blindingly fast speeds and not be tied to an overpriced landline.

I hear ya on that, and if they could offer me DSL I probably would have kept the phone line. Unfortunately, when I moved into this house I was told that I was too far from the closest server to get even DSL. So, it's either satellite internet for me or nothing at all. The only reason I had frontier to begin with is I had a bundle at my old house, home phone, DSL and Dish Network. They were supposed to transfer everything when I bought this house but neglected to tell me I was too far out for DSL until after the phone was installed. Cell phones work ok so for as much as we use the phone anyway it will be strictly cell from now on..


And as far as cable,,:laughing: that ain't coming through here anytime soon. I don't think some of the people around here have even heard of cable before..:confused3:

Well then I should be getting mine pretty soon.. I did mine on Jan 29.

I found this forum by searching "How long does it take to get an Apple Gift Card from Frontier"..

They claim my DSL should be a minimum of 3mb but its never over 1.5mb. I would have rather had their new promotion. You get DSL Max for 19.99 a month with phone service. And can lock that in for 3 years.
