I bought a new Land Pride SB 1064 snowblower. When it works it works well but it I noticed that the idler sproket was off and then upon further examination I found that the auger drive chain was not in line causing the problem with the sproket. The wing that is welded onto the frame and holds the drive shaft and sprokets was not aligned proberly from the factory. I spoke with the factory and was told to use clamps or a come along to pull the frame into alignment as this is not uncommon with this unit. Has less than 3 hours of use. My question is it seems to me a gusset or brace of some sort is needed for extra strength and after 3 hours of use and it needs to be rebuilt and then told how to rebuild it, seems odd. Has anyone else run into this? Thanks
