It is a snap coupler plow designed for the old Allis Chalmers tractors. It would take some fabrication work to make it work for a standard 3 point hitch

That's an old Allis Chalmers Snap Coupler plow, designed for AC tractors from the mid-50s. It's a hassle (read: not really worth it) to adapt it for a 3pt hitch.
