If the doctor tells you you need a hip replacement, would you have him go ahead and replace both?

Very good illustration. All the seal will do is prevent fluid from escaping. Not sure I can reason why both should be changed or how it could affect the loader performance by only changing one.

Yep.. I'll likely just do the one cylinder and see how it goes. Have ordered 2 kits, though. Leave the one kit on the shelf. (I don't think I'll let the shop mechanics get too close to my hip, either... :eek:!!)

Last time I bought seal kits from the Dealer they ran about 40-50 price-wise...

Never tried aftermarket if I can use OEM...

How far away is your nearest Deere Dealer anyway?

I ordered JD OEM cylinder kit. 'Bout 20 miles.
