Whatcha drinking?

What is Coors Banquet mentioned earlier? I could slide the ice tea over for that.

I do love some Coors Banquet Beer.
After all it was the reason Burt Reynolds and Jerry Reed made that trip from Texarkana to Georgia!

Friday night we celebrated my Birthday and the local joint special was $3.18 pints of Guinness, so I had a goodly number of those...
Yesterday while working on the JD LX266 My buddy who was helping me and I drank a good number of Yuengling Black & Tan's (my favorite cheap beer, Guinness is my real favorite).

Thursday was actually my Birthday, so I had some George Dickel with Sundrop, because hat is my other buddies favorite hard liquor drink.

Not sure what I might have tonight... it is still early...

I tend to like bourbon and diet coke, or John Powers Irish whiskey neat with ice water back best. The ultimate is Midelton Irish neat with nothing...

I've been known to make a poor man's whiskey sour with jim beam, fresca, and a few drops of real lemon...

I'm pretty fond of vodka tonic, which is my wife's drink, but she has custody of the vodka right now...

That'll do for now...

Wish I had some buko juice and a straw. Buko is young coconut and I wouldn't be freezing my tail off in Virginia during late April. I would be setting outside taking in that HOT Philippine weather with a young buko/straw from the natural container!

Nothing better than a cool beer or two after a big day on the farm.

With you being in Australia, I'm guessing that would be Fosters! I drank a lot of that in college! Enjoyed every drop of it!

I bottled 26 22 ounce bottles of a Smoked Porter and 26 22 ounce bottles of Red Ale with a few 12 ounce bottles to get as much beer as I could. Now, I just have to wait a week to drink. <sigh>

I have a few Red Ales left over from my last batch and one Porter... Bottling beer is like splitting firewood, you get a sense of accomplishment knowing that the cabinets are full of beer.:drink: I should have enough beer to last until fall when the temperatures will be a better for making beer. Now I have to start on the firewood. Well first the garden.:laughing::laughing::laughing:

Later,
Dan

Beer (usually Moosehead or Harp) after work in the late afternoon...then usually brandy (prefer cognac) after supper (usually without wine)

During the day..water, lemonade and iced tea...and combinations...

usually chocolate milk in the mornings...

nothing with caffeine and as little sugar as possible...

Having a glass of Cabernet Franc from Cooper Vineyards (a local winery) with some grilled venison tenderloin I shot about 100 yds from where I'm sitting. Also a nice salad with some dandelion greens from the front yard. A mighty fine meal!

I drink our filtered well water throughout most of the day, although with breakfast, I like orange juice. With my lunch, I usually have one bottle of home brewed kombucha. My favorite evening relaxer is New Belgium 1554 Enlightened Black Ale. One bottle suits me just fine.
I've just recently bought some home brewing equipment and am excited to start brewing mead in the very near future!
