Sounds like trouble, what do you have to do to get a new saw?. Its better to ask forgiveness than to ask permission.

Hopefully you can get something worked out, your dealer shouldn't have any trouble selling it and giving you a decent deal on something that fits your needs. I came really close to buying the wrong tractor a few years ago and surprisingly it was my wife who talked me out of it.
