Fair is fair now isn't it. If it destroys or kills THEN BAN IT - right. Ban all Crock pots while were at it - oh and knives also, oh and gasoline, and sticks and stones.
I think we need more BULLDOZER laws at least, maybe some hearings, or at least higher taxes on BULLDOZERS. HEY I got it - limit the fuel to Bulldozers to 6 gallons.

Angry neighbor goes on the rampage in a BULLDOZER as he destroys four homes and cuts power to thousands in dispute over fence

I wonder if the scared neighbors were protecting themselves with plastic butter knives, or sharp spoons?

Thanks for sharing. I think that your suggestions are rather extreme; however, I just sent a letter to my local lawmaker requesting emergency legislation, mandating a 3 day waiting period before purchasing any diesel equipment.... HEY, I already have mine!!!

Great, now we'll see a run on dozers.

After reading what some of you guys spend to repair bulldozers, I wonder how anyone can afford them in the first place.

Hey, this one is simple to figure out. 1. Personal responsibity for your actions. 2. There is no way that dozer would have done that by itself. Who would ever think differently?

You say that but I did see one do lots of damage with almost no help. When I was looking to buy one I went to an auction. They had several. It was cold so they were going around to all the equipment and starting them up. When they got to a JD 450 the battery was dead. So the guy drove his f450 over to jump it. Once he connected the jumper cables up he got lazy and just leaned over to start it. It took a couple of seconds before the charge pump pressurized the torque converter enough for it to move. Once it did it went straight into the f450 sitting in front of it. The truck barely slowed it down, it was enough for the guy to jump into the seat and kill the dozer. Was an expensive way to find out that someone jumpered out the neutral start switch. But that was just a funny story (because nobody got hurt) that I thought I would share.

Just make it a capital offense for one person to get mad at another person or group of people. That'll send a message. And it's all about message sending .
