70F, lookin for a nice day.

Got all my piers set yesterday, but too hot and tired to set the last three beams, but did get to enjoy the pool.
Today's the day, get them beams set, start decking. I'll have to count my screws, not that I'm competing or anything LOL
We did manage .09 inches of rain overnight, sweet potatoes are happy.

Good morning all. Last check-in prior to 200 mile ride in the Flint hills this weekend. 50F going to 71F and sunny today. Yesterday high was 70F and rained last 10 miles of my ride. Forecast is for mid 80's winds under 20 precip 20% or less .

Yep I saw that over there also. I don't see the point of the article. It's hard to put any credibility when this is in the article:

"The article's case is built on interpretations of research from the biochemistry, epidemiologic, and clinical literature but which, nonetheless, does not reference a tremendous body of research supporting alternative views"

Where is good information??????

It's kind of like that Dr. FG19 follows. He refuses to look at any of the studies that have shown the reversal of heart disease, even though people have e-mailed him about the studies. A cherry picker.

David you do have rights as a father i guess not a good rd to take at this point if your trying to make it work with your wife but in the end your kids are your kids and nothing can change that wives can come and go but your children are your blood and blood is thicker than water

everyone's sleeping in this morning, good thing
a chilly 45 going up to low sixties today, big drop in temps, the rain is pulling out, and the temps will slowly
rise over the next few days. We are picking lettuce like crazy, even had our first two radishes, one red one white.
Never grew radishes before, sure grew easily, and fast.

This is probably one of the most anticipated weekends. May it bring sunshine and
warm breezes to you, no tornadoes..., and let's all take a minute or two this weekend to reflect on
the meaning of having our freedom, paid for by our soldier's blood and lives, to enjoy this weekend.
