Man brings suit against equipment maker for operator presence switch malfunction

Hiya,

Found this off of Drudge, man was mowing, yellow jackets got to him, he jumped off and the mower ran him over because it didn't shut down.
Every now and then you should check the seat switch, I test mine every day or two mainly by being stupid getting off the seat with the tractor still in gear...

Same here, the switch is really sensitive and easy to trip just by leaning over, and I weigh 210 lbs.

What did he do, jump off in front of the machine? I would have jumped to the side. Darwin theory perhaps?
