The last valve I posted is not a solenoid valve, but does control the flow to the PTO.
It is a variable speed valve.
If you want to use that valve, you have an input hose and output hose and a PTO supply hose.

You have the inlet /input.
You have control port which goes to the PTO QD.
You have the excess port which will pass any fluid not used to tank.
At one end of the lever travel, you have 0 rpm, or off.
As you move the lever, you cause a certain amount of fluid to flow, and at full lever operation, you are flowing the full GPM from the pump.
The return hose from hyd motor should go to tank.
The directions that come with the valve should be clear and concise.
Did you try and fix your solenoid valve with a new solenoid?
