truf tires

Hello, I have a 1978/1979 Bolens G154 / Iseki TX1300f-32 which came
with turf tires. It looks like my tires are the original tires and they are old
and the fronts are worn. I hope to do work with this tractor when
I'm finished fixing and painting it. I do not want to switch to ag
tires and I don't have the funds to switch it over anyway.
I like the turf tires but finding the Bridgestone turfs is impossible.
What turf tire has anyone else found to fit the stock rims
and the cost doesn't break the bank.

The diamond pattern turfs are pretty rare new, especially for the rears. I don't know of a commonly available new turf replacement for the 8-16. I think I saw where some people put car/truck tires on them as an option. I'm not sure why ag is not an option for you but if you reconsider Carlisle makes a good tubeless R1 ag that run around $160/ea. They also make a front 6-12 tire that can be had for about $70 IIRC. This is not cheap by any means, but tires of this size whill be difficult to get new much cheaper and have reasonable quality. I have a lot of rice-paddy tires but I don't like them since they ride rough on hard surfaces and are a little too aggressive for me. A good ag tire will ride good on hard surfaces since the lug pattern overlaps preventing rise and sag as the tire turns. The difference in traction in snow and soft ground is pretty substantial.
