Sure would be nice to attach a FRONT 60 or 72" finish mower to my 1100. With the rear engine layout a drive shaft pto set up would be out of the question. Its a shame to have six plus acres to mow and have a vehicle with a/c sitting under the tree. I realize pulling a gang mower or a motorized machine is possible but for what this machine costs it should be better than a nice ride and a power wheel barrow. If I don't find a solution I hope they have good resale.

Well six acres is a little small for needing an RTV ;-) What uses did you foresee when you bought it?

Ours gets used all the time for hauling stuff, but then we have over 100 acres and we have horses.

There are tow behind mowers (Swisher makes some, TSC sometimes has them in stock) that are self powered and would work. IDK if the RTV has enough engine to run a 5 or 6' mower.

no... I have 55 acres, six of which is lawn. The usual woods trails and hauling wood is fine but there has to be more uses for this machine. I have a compact John Deere for grass cutting which works out well but it does not have a air conditioned cab. Same with snow blowing. The heated cab would be nice and they have plows but blowing works better for long drive ways.
I admit it is a nice machine but the limited usage I have may find its way to a sales lot. It's not the first time I bought something that didn't work out as planned. Besides the guy that could not afford a new one will get a deal.

I don't see why nobody makes a hydro drive front mower. I've seen hydro drive sweepers on the front of them before, online at least.

Besides the guy that could not afford a new one will get a deal.

I may be that guy. Depending on how serious about selling and how far away you are.

Craigs list solved the problem. Four days later it had a new home. Buyer had a 900 with 2800 hours and was in the process of replacing it. Never even looked at it... just sent a guy with the payment, truck, and trailer. The transport person had me load it as he had no experience with them.
It is back to the jeep for now. May look at Polaris models this fall.
