I'd would say I used my BX pretty hard.... I have broken tail lights to show for it ..replaced several times. I have dug out large stumps that would make larger operators/owners laugh, but I got er done. I dug out a sewer pipe with BH and FEL with dirt sides well over the rops in a day. I mowed a foot high with MMM a couple times( wished I had a bush hog every time). Hauled firewood, stacked. Plowed Northeast snows with my custom plow. tilled gardens. moved trailers, 22ft camper.

you need to run an M series Kubota then a bx feels like a lawn mower I ran one for 10 mins tilling with a 4 foot tiller on the back i ll keep my M series Kubota over a grass mower with a loader on it the folks that live behind me have a bx 24 i plow the garden for them they tried it with the BX that was a funny thing to watch then they hook the landscapers b21 to it it wounldnt pull it much better i hook my 7040 to it in 2wd then i broke the plow then i got a 3 bottom plow Bootom LINE look at a B series over the BX

Imagine that, a M series pulling a plow better than a BX. He should probably be looking at one of those big 4 wheel drive tractors with duals front and rear, maybe that would serve his needs better. Case245, I've seen you trash the BX's before. Some people have a limited budget and don't have room for a bigger tractor.

A before and after

Not included are pictures of mowing an acre of lawn every week, moving all kinds of things with the forks, leveling about half an acre and spreading/leveling 24 yards of top soil, skidding about a cord of logs up a hill and out of the woods cutting them up and moving them to the wood pile and other tasks that tractors do. And I don't even have 30 hrs on it yet, I guess that's working it hard.

Your right on dodgeman. I know my bx is def not a lawnmower lol! Maybe a cat d9 would be better for a plow but it cant do all the things my little bx can:)

My previous tractor was small (25 pto hp) and I worked it hard. Mile long driveway to plow in winter and grade, etc in summer. Plus I mow around 40 acres with a pto rear mower. As I've got older I just don't get quite the pleasure spending hour upon hour in the snow or blazing sun. Four year ago I upgraded and now I get the same jobs completed in half the time with a whole lot less stress on the equipment. I actually have time to fish in my lake w/out feeling guilty.

I have a 2008 BX 25 and I use it for many different things. And it has performed very well for me. I would not buy one again, but that is only because I want the new BX 25D!😜

The only thing I don't like his traction on soft ground. Or gravel. Or packed snow. Order ice. (i have chains for use in the winter. They make it unstoppable.). When traction is required, I use my Can Am 650 Max Atv, which has loads and loads of horsepower, and can practically climb trees.

Go with the BX 25D, and then you can always use your ATV if you ever get stuck!

My bx2350 has done everything I've asked it to do. I've built 3 tier boulder retaining walls (over 100 tons of 18"-24") in my backyard and boulder retaining walls on either side of my driveway in the drainage ditch. It has moved 50 plus tons of 1 3/4 landscape rock, and more than 80 tons of class 5. Last year I dug and planted 7 b&b trees ( mix of 6-8 ft Spruce and 18' river birch). I mow 3 acres every week and will now be brush hogging the ATV trails on 200 acres. I love reminding my wife what the landscaping would have cost us if we had to hire someone to do the never ending projects that keep getting added.
