What price are they asking? It might be nice for putting in sawdust when firing a tobacco barn. They do not have to be used at max height. I think the sell just wanted people to know it does run and the pump works.

Since it as not ROPS it must be very old or it has been removed for some reason.

The lack of a ROPS/FOPS doesn't bother me as much as the apparent lack of a seat belt.

been running skid steers for almost 20 years now. even when I was a novice I never almost had an accident. cant say I know anyone else that rolled one. So I would feel very comfortable buying that at the right price. As far as roof protection, you would just have to be a little more cautious loading a truck so you don't dump crap on your head but hey, that can happen with an open station tractor too

I would worry more about being exposed to the loader arms than the lack of a ROPS, although that would be the second major concern.

The loader arms is why I said "No way" earlier. You would get your elbow, forearm, or hand crushed in an instant. An i am in no way shape or form a member of the safety police here. Its just common sense.

Aw..you all are just being critical. All those pesky devices people are always complaining about, safety switches, roll bars and seat belt have already been removed. The unit is "Work Site" ready.
