OK, this all getting kinda over the top.

I would never consider arming your self to be bad advice or over reacting, I fully believe all people have the obligation to be able to protect them selves.

Shoot to kill: I believe I used that term partly in error, my meaning was don't pull to threaten, warn, or injurer; I did not mean keep shooting if they run/surrender/stop. What I ment was if that gun comes out, fire center mass till threat stops, warning shoots would imply your not in IMMINENT danger and never to scare them

85% of my post was restraining order and ask to press charges.
