Kubota F series question

On one of these threads, I thought I saw a reference to a 100" deck. I think it was "100 incher" I went to the Kubota web site and I can find no indication of such a thing. The only decks i see as options for the F series are the 60" and 72". Is there such a thing as a F series with a 100" deck?????????

Yes, I see. Wonder why the silly Kubota website does not show it or at least I can not find a link to it. Glad to see that, and i saw that one was a 2012 model. Durn Kubota website!

Use the "Build my Kubota" feature, it should come up when picking a deck. Be sitting down when you see the price.

Its a Lastec sold as a Kubota I believe.. And yes they are $16000. Used fairly regularly on golf course rough. Totals up to about $38,000 on a F36.

I've never priced one before. Now I know how people feel/reaction when I promote the Kubota F model as what they need to do their mowing when their thinking about a $5000/$8000 high priced mowing machine and they see the price for the best mowing machine made for 98% of the mowing jobs (the F will not circle a small tree on its own radius like a Z but beats it in every other situation, oops, the F also will NOT fit in the back of the usual pick up truck). The F models are not cheap and the average mower can't see spending that much money for a lawn mower.
Some people buy high priced shoes or watches or beer or gambling or money in the bank or trucks or steak or vacations or women :licking: or whatever and some of us spend almost all of our money on a deluxe grand 4wd riding mowing machine.
Choices, that's what life is all about, choices.
But, I'm not making the choice to buy a $16000 mowing deck!!!!!!:laughing: :thumbdown: :confused3: :cool2:

Sounds like alot yes, but in the world of golf courses its a drop in the bucket. My brother manages about $500,000 worth of gear at his course, its a small course, and they dont even have top of the line stuff!
