So after the break you can take a sharp probe and pierce the insulation on the green wire and use the probe to test for voltage from one area of the wire from the fuse to the next section to make sure you're following the correct wire. At some point before the twin relay the voltage should show the drop from 12 to 3 your tech friend found, as detailed on the diagram. We suspect a possible wire break, (partial) or a splice connector or similar.

One other question.. does the horn make noise and sound good? It is fed from the same 20 amp fuse. There is a splice shown on the schematic. Wonder what that splice looks like? Might be something to check out.

Apparently some came with tilt steering too. I don't have that either. There is spare connectors all over the place. No doubt there is one for a horn.

Well my DK has a horn and a button to make it "beep".. It works, but I havent found a use for it yet! I rarely honk at rabbits or squirrels!

Kioti horns don't sound good at the best of times! I'm still looking for a good used locomotive horn. My CK didn't have a horn either but I saw pics of some that did.

My switch is good. Just tried it in another tractor.

So my only choice is tracing that green wire from the twin solenoid back.
Thinking that would be a great job for the dealer. Lol.
