how do I remove an overrunning coupler from a ford 8n?

how do I remove an overrunning coupler from a ford 8n?

if i remember correctly, theres a drive pin run thru it. This prevent the coupler/clutch from coming off of the spindle.

yep, take out the grease fittings on each side and turn it till the holes line up with the roll pin, then drive it out with a punch. Your PTO shaft on the tractor is probably 1 1/8" so if you plan to use it you will need an adapter, unless it has been upgraded.
