Couple of questions.

a) After all the problems you had with Kioti (the company) your dealer and your tractor, you would buy Kioti again?
b) You are thinking about buying "out of state" again? Really?
c) After your recent posts about not having any money, can you afford another tractor?
d) Your written English is very much improved. Is someone helping you with some of your posts?
e) You have a couple of very generous offers from a couple of very generous members. Why don't you jump at the offer(s)?

Not really surprised that your offer was turned down.One has to wonder what is really going on with the orginal poster?Some folks are just looking for a free ride in life or plain sympathy.One has to believe he is one of them.coobie

Anyone else here besides the OP ever wait a month to get a part?
Any part I have ever ordered was sent to my door in 3 to 4 days. And overnight shipping is usually available if your willing to pay the extra $$ in shipping.

Most I waited was 2 weeks due to free shipping with the dealers order

I also bought out of state (~250 miles away). I've had 2 warranty issues. The dealer came to me to fix. He charged a reasonable travel cost ($150 each time, I think it was). I gladly paid it and was thankful he came. Reasonable and more than fair. Still way ahead of the game from total cost of ownership.

However, had the "fix" not really been a "fix" I would be asking him to cover the costs of his incompetence. Not sure that is the case here. It's a mess and LaK is too (understandably).

I do think he's up against it here. Best deal is to take the help offered and try to get the tractor fixed. Doing so will help relieve much angst for the OP. And isn't this the ultimate goal?
