While I feel very sorry for your family problems how is this kioti tractors fault?Seems to me you are looking for a FREE RIDE in life.Have to tell ya life is tough sometimes.Do you think for one minute you are the only one on earth that has family issues?Think again.Your whole story is like some soap opera on TV.Let it go and suck it up and quit Bitchen.coobieGetting tired of some of the it's the op . I grew up on tractors my first time driving one at age 5 in the field then at age 6 down the road. After a year with a tractor that keeps craping out more has made use struggle to get the road in at a non profit and to get wood out and cut and split to help people heat there homes. Could get the vegetable garden in to help feed people because I can't keep it running to clean it up . When you get the runaround from a dealer and at kioti from day one that gets tiring too. Then a sick daughter and other family members are sick and die ing. Then one of the kids that we were teaching end his life because got tired of being bulled. I know how that feels from some of the people on here. So going from a hospital to hospital then seeing my grandfather the man that raised is sick, to getting a call that another child ended there life and I was asked to make the urn of a child that couldn't take the abuses anymore. So yeah I'm upset at a company that give the run around that takes time to get parts and if I could get to the dealer again for another 400.00 to I have them deal with the same issues for the forth time. At yet again 400.00 gets a little pissed off . It was nice that Whittemore came out that one time to help. How would you guys feel if you where walking in my shoes on this tractor.

Sorry you feel that way.You have played your sympathy card to the bitter end.Members on this site have offered to help you. IMHO folks are getting tired of it.It makes one wonder how much of your story is true BS?coobieFree ride what are you a dip . I have worked my whole life I didn't take the guys offer to bring my tractor to the dealer because I would want to pay him. Right now I can't . But when the same issues keeps coming up and they want 400.00 a pop because kioti corp won't replace the wires harnes or some other things that are defective on it . Know know dude done talking to you should waste my breath.
Just it he hasn't paid anything as of yet for repairs. Everything has been free so far, and if I remember correctly LaK stated that his Father-in-law was taking care of the tractor for LaK so he could concentrate on his daughter. In my opinion, the first time I have an issue with my tractor while it's under warranty, it's on me to get the tractor to the dealership--whether I have to pay for the dealer to pick it up, or trailer it there myself. If the issue is supposedly fixed, and I get the tractor back and the exact same issue comes up again while the tractor is still under warranty, I expect a little more from the dealer and I certainly wouldn't pay them $400 to pick up the tractor a second or third time. It's bad enough the same issue is causing me to lose the use of my tractor multiple times, but asking me to pay $400 more than once is just adding insult to injury.
