84 now already, going to 99, 100 tomorrow, yuk.
I'm waiting for the electric company to conk out.
Plus an air quality alert. Actually when it gets really hot, those electric companies truly add to the
air pollution, because they fire up their last in line turbine generators that pump out yellow brown smoke like the jets of
thirty years ago. If one drives up the NJ turnpike on a very hot day, approaching Newark, one can see the yellow brown color
everywhere. Pratt & Whitney's finest, but they do produce the juice.
going out to mow the lawn this morning, then will likely stay inside all day, try to get some projects done here. If I open the pantry door and put a fan in the doorway
to the garage, I can actually cool off my garage fairly well, and working out there when it's a zillion degrees out is a real pleasure. Time to change the plugs on the lawnmower and maybe
sharpen the blades.
my wife has gone to visit with her mom, so I am home alone for a few days, ahhh, peace and quiet, no tv's blaring.
