Tire Sealer - Mesquite Thorns

Which is best, "Multi-Seal" or "Ultraseal" by Gemplers?? Please don't talk to me about Slime. It doesn't work for mesquites.

I have had good experience with the High Lifter tire sealant - never used the Gempler products

I have had really good luck with slime on the RTV500, the ZTR and the front wheels of the tractor...prior to sliming, I was pulling and plugging mesquite thorns weekly, of not more frequently. After I slimed, it is rare that I have a problem....now I did use far more than the recommended amount.

When in Texas had a Teryx. Green spots would show up all over the tires when it sat for awhile. I had to buy a new tire for the front...it got that bad. Bet I had 20 plugs in it too. It was a constant problem. the slime slowed it, but did not fix it.

Moved to southern Illinois....and that is one problem I'm glad I left in Texas.

If you live in Illinois you have a **** of a lot more problems than Mesquite thorns.

I use the ultra ---had the same experience with slime -- it didn't work for me at all.

It was a family decision. Weather is nicer here...the state and how it is run is HORRIBLE.
