Nice baler, should last you a long time. White wheel adds character...
Corey as for the bale shape,it will come to you, wont even use the level lines after awhile... I get an ugly duckling every now and then but my monitor does even have the level option in it. I call them after dark bales.

Did your '06 567 have surface wrap? I own a '05 467 with surface wrap that I wouldn't take $15K for.

I see no reason that a baler that's only baled 2600 bales would need going through a dealership shop to the tune of $2800. My baler with 16,000+ bales on it hasn't had near that much spent on it.

the baler hadnt been taken care of the guy we got it from just baled hay with it.an he didnt grease it or take care of it.the only thing he did right was keep it in the barn.had a pick reel bearing out an 2 or 3 other bearing out 2 or 3 reel teeth out the wiring had been messed with hooking the baler to the monitor.the sprokets were bad.the big chain on the sprokets wasnt right.so all of that was replaced.

Why don't you pull up the correct channel on the monitor and change the bars response speed or rake a bigger windrow?

That's what I did and turned it up to max and that made the difference, thank you for that tip.

It's hard to believe the sprockets were worn out with just 2600 bales. The previous operator must have been running the pick-up attachment way too low to knock out the cam brgs.

Finally got to use the 567! First picture is the first bale produced :( . A little too hour glass looking. After that, they got a lot better. Everything worked well, except my bale trak would show low voltage and half of the bales I had to manually start the tieing. Gonna call the dealer on Tuesday after the holiday and try to determine if the actuator is causing the problem (certainly my NEW 5093e cant be the problem!). As long as low voltage stayed away, everything worked very well.

This is exactly why I wanted to wait until 3rd cutting to dry run it. Small amount of hay to deal with should problems arise. Put up 13 bales on the 18 acres with 3rd cutting, 80 total for the year. July got real dry here. BTW, it was 93 degrees and very humid when baling, man that air conditioned cab sure made my day!

Hoffmtim that takes skill to get the HR glass look:D,never have baled one like that, usually just get a slight cone shape or high in middle. As for the low voltage sound like wiring, maybe bad connection since it wasnt all the time? I have very few days in hay field everything goes smooth.
Look good:thumbsup:
