What's with the Chinese Language Pack?

Every time I use the back button, I get a window that says I need to install a Chinese Language Pack. It only happens on this site; I've debugged my computer and run a "fix it" from Microsoft, and it still comes up. Anyone else with this problem?

Thats a "windows / ie / office" thing.

Something you downloaded or a site you visited must have had some chinese characters on it. That set a flag in Windows that you should be downloading the language pack fro MS so you can display those characters correct.

Easiest fix is to do windows update and install the pack.
