CK20S transmission slipping

So what has happened with this thread? Any news? Did you try upping the pressure? Jervis did you let the dealer handle it?

the mechanic at the dealer took it for a drive and said it was normal and that I was pushing the tractor to hard. I tried to explain to him that I believe the tractor should be able to spin the turf tires on dry ground in low range but he wasn't interested. The service manual has just arrived so I will attempt to adjust the pressure shortly.

I checked the pressure for the pressure relief valve and it was opening at 3900 psi which is roughly where kioti says it should be. Short of testing kioti's engineering and shimming the spring it is what it is.

Well shoot, sounds like a dead end there. Can you do a video of the tractor doing the slipping?
On my old Kubota I did a video of the problem and got lots of input from people, it is hard to see over the internet what one is saying/seeing unless you do a video of it.

When you start to post look for the icon to post a video looks like a film strip, says "insert video" when you hover over it with a cursor, or if you have it on Youtube you can just post the link.
