Yep! Lantana and Crape Myrtle are summer blooming plants. So is cactus, but you're probably not lookin' for that kind of stuff.![]()
We can grow cactus here, crape myrtles are very popular here and I've thought about doing a row across the front. I have a predominantly sandy soil with just enough clay spots to make it hard to keep the grass uniform, any winter hardy cactus that doesn't mind occasional wet spells does well here, just looks out of place without the armadillos and longhorn skulls!
