I love my JD gear but I did buy a Kubota Compact Track Loader this year. $14K cheaper and I actually like the machine more.

The SVL is **** fine machine. They are the top selling track loader in the U.S. market right now. The comparable blue tractor....with the so call way more features is going for about $68,000. That's the T5.115 with 16x16 electro shift and its a very nice machine...as much as I hate to admit it so is the 5115M. In the over 100HP class everyone is putting out a good machine...NH, JD, Red NH's, Kubota, Agco.

Just came across this. I am planning on purchasing a 5115m with a h260 loader this year. Got one quote back so far and they are at about 18% off list price. Did you really get 25% off? I have been reading that 15% - 19% is about normal. What have others been getting?
Anyone have any experience with this tractor loader that they could share?

Have you ever thought of looking at a 6M, the base price with cab before your discount would be just $13k more and it is so much more tractor. The 6115 M is heavier has a much better transmission in the powerquad . It has a full frame which is good for loader work and carrying the rear mower around, and it has hitch dampening to decrease shock loads from heavy implements. Has a much better cab, seat front axle rear axle, hydraulic flow can be closed center and 29gpm. You might consider talking to the dealer and pricing a 6M.


JDBNH What features and at what price? I looked and NH does not have synchronised ranges in a similar sized rig, come across with the goods man, I have a many green tractors and an orange one too, I'd love to add a blue one, so please elucidate.

That would be a New Holland T5.115 Electro Command...16x16 powershift tranny or 32x32 powershift tranny...115hp, 95 pto, 540/1000 interchangeable...@ rear remotes, telescoping outside mirrors, air ride seat, buddy seat, 4x4, premium cab, fender mounted pto and 3 point controls, quick attach New Holland loader with skid steer style quick attach bucket....the engine has Engine Power Managment which you can set to keep you RMPs at a certain point so on any PTO application the engine never gets pulled down, which in turn is great on fuel and power, 25 mph road speed standard no mater which tranny, ....i can keep going but you get the idea...right now 0% for 60 months...tractor and loader....$69,950....15 foot all galvanized heavy duty shredder...$11,500 so $81,450...
