Mechanic needed in Pennsylvania to check out a skid steer for sale

Does anyone know of a mechanic in Pennsylvania that can be hired to look at a skid steer I am thinking of purchasing? The skid steer is in Seven Valleys,PA

There is a Dealer that I have seen on craigslist and ebay selling stuff. Their name is McGrew equipment. I don't know them or have never had any dealing with them but maybe they would check it out.

Ask them to add a 30 day warranty. If they refuse, and emphatically say AS-IS, then you're better off to look for something else.

I would've wary of anything at McGraw - it's a large yard with a lot of junk. I went to look at a tractor there once and the battery was dead. Asked someone to charge it, but after waiting for 25 minutes I left. The tractor was a rust bucket, but the online photos had made it appear to be in better shape than it actually was. Decided that wasn't the kind of place that I wanted to buy from.

I believe they have an auction once a month but they also sell machines outright and on ebay. I am hearing mixed reviews about them so before spending 30 grand on a machine I would like to find a mechanic to make sure nothing is wrong with it.
