3520 recall?

Hey guys, better call your dealer on this. Just got off the phone and my 2010 3320 is also affected by this. They will be picking it up next week.

I went over to the John Deere dealer today. They acknowledged the recall but it is for certain 3x20 serial numbers. My 3720 is not on the list supplied by Deere. They are going to double check with Deere to confirm my tractor does not need the fix. Hope they are right.

Received confirmation today from John Deere (email to local dealer) that my 2007 3720 did not require the repair. Also, the tech that is doing the work said that of the dozen or so he has done thus far none had a defective part but he installed the new part anyway.

Got a letter in the mail from my dealer saying my 2010 3520 needed the service. They picked it up, repaired, and returned it same day.

Just got the word myself today about my 2008 3520. Do you guys think I can have it serviced at any JD dealer or does it have to be the selling dealer? I am not really fond of the dealer that sold me my tractor and since then I have started working with another dealer that has won me over.

Funny though that for the past 4 years I have noticed the rock shaft drift down about an inch then snap back up while running with weight on the three point, And I just thought that was normal, silly me.

I have had work done by different than selling dealer. In fact, the one dealer here advertises as fixing all brands of tractors. I'd just ask the other JD dealer if he'd do the warranty work as I'm sure Deere is paying the bill.

Here it is. They insisted that they trailer it to the shop but when I said that I would have to wait because I didn't want to be without my tractor they said, why don't we have the service guy do it at your house. I said swell. The service guy did mention that in all of the gaskets he has replace, he has never seen one that has been leaking.

Has everybody re torqued their left wheel bolts ten hours after they had it off?

I have a 2007, 3520 and I'm having problems with my 3pt hitch dropping quickly. I went to the John Deere PIP site and entered my serial number but it says there is no program for my serial number. I have called the dealer but it seems they use the exact same site that I have access to. Any ideas?

Control knob under the seat. Controls oil flow for drop rate. Do you have your owners manual? It should address this.
