Does Kioti send out and "Welcome" or other correspondence?

I got my ball cap but when I went back 3 weeks after I purchased the DK45 to pick up filters the dealer of 60 years of Ford New Holland Kioti had locked their doors:confused3:

Bummer! Have you been able to find out more about the dealer since then?

Word is the dealer closed because of a family thing. The employees came to work and found the doors locked, no advance warning or note to customers.

Seems funny, a man would just close down a profitable business. What about the employees who depend on the job to pay their bills? I would bet its more a financial issue than a family issue.

Happens to a lot of farms when family member can't agree or want their $ out but I agree sure would have liked some one else to try to buy it out and continue the business. The good news is that dealer was 25 mi and the other Kioti dealer is just 15 mi away but only a couple of years with kioti after selling out his kubota dealership.

I was actually working on a deal with them on a DK40SE. Then all the sudden they went silent. Couldn't figure it out until I got a note saying they had locked their doors. Must have come as a surprise to my sales guy because he was trying to sell me a tractor up to the point they went silent. I talked to the next closest dealer (sounds like your closest) but didn't seem to connect. Ended up buying from a dealer out of state - much better price. I took delivery yesterday. I'll start another thread talking about that experience and have pictures. Sure hope someone fills the Kioti "void" in the KC metro. I hear rumors that may happen pretty quick.
