3-Point Hitch Rate of drop or drop speed

I have a Ford 1210 that has a rate of drop adjustment for the 3phu. I also have a Ford/New Holland 1725. Is there a similar control on this tractor? I have a fairly heavy tiller that slams the ground every time I go to set it down.

Is there not a knob to control the valve near the floor at the bottom of the seat?

My 1720 has a knob near the floor near the axle lock pedal.

I've looked and haven't found one. I've worked on a newer version of this tractor that has one there.
