Saturday I spent an hour or so with 3 passengers and myself on some trails. Not much fast or hard driving....mostly just cruising and looking. I took note tho that the shift point hold longer when your "on" the machine and shifts sooner when your loafing along.
Kinda reminds me of an old chevy 3 speed tranny with torque converter. It will hold shift points when you get on the throttle and allow the engine to rev. Normal riding shifts sooner. I guess it's a torque converter function?
