Hydraulic problem

I purchased a used cub cadet 6284 2006 with 100 hrs. Great machine. After revving front end loader and mowing this summer, reattached loader but float on bucket and reverse seem weak and slow. I was told this is likely due to a plugged filter as this was a problem with this model. I have ordered the replacement filters but was lso told to replace the fluid, which as everyone knows is costly. Is this necessary? Any advice would be appreciated.

Most companies want the fluid and filters changed the first time around 50 hours and then every 250 -300 hrs after that. The first change is to remove the start-uop and wear in debris that all components generate.

Changing the filters may require draining the fluid anyway depending how & or where they are mounted.
