It seems a big item LS is missing is a 4 wheel drive dash light. You could damage your trans if you don't know.
I'd be more concerned with those tractors that don't come with a horn
For any newbies out there, I'm making a playful jab at the Kubota fans, but I honestly have a constructive reason for doing so?it's not really a knock on Kubota, at all (excellent machines).
Here's what I was getting at: My next door neighbor is an awesome guy, who helps me do so much stuff, I can't even describe it all. He is also, very nearly deaf due to a childhood illness. He's got hearing aids that help, but I know he doesn't like wearing them, and frequently goes without. I know enough to look at him, and speak up when we're talking (he reads lips pretty well). We frequently use my LS to move stuff, lift things, etc, but if I need to catch his attention it's usually too loud, or he's too far away, for me to try yelling over the engine noise. With the horn on the LS I can give it a quick beep, and he'll hear it. I never, ever, would have thought about that prior to getting the machine, but I'm really glad it has the horn.
I mentioned this, because it's a good example of how one feature might mean a lot to me, and nearly nothing to someone else. I've always sort of laughed at 4WD dashboard lights?ey, I know it's in 4WD, I'm the one that put it in 4WD, and I do a mental checklist every time I start, and shut down a tractor (probably from my aviation experience) that includes checking the 4WD status. For other folks, it might be something important to them?hard to say, but it's not a bad thing to point out, or at least know to ask about when you're shopping for a new machine.
