How long is to long?

Unbelievable! Get your tractor back and make sure you are fully refunded. And yes complain to corporate and ask them to at least take care of any transport/haul costs to another dealer if you can't DIY.

If I was a betting man, I would say the dealer removed a part from your tractor to fix another, and is waiting on a back-ordered part. There is no other reason a service should take more than a two days.

You may very well be right.

Now you know you can't trust this dealer- learned the hard way. Trust is earned, not to be blindly given away. FWIW, I would NEVER PRE-pay for ANY service type work, you're asking to get screwed over- and now you have.
I suggest reading your owner's manual and learning what the 200hr service requires, and get the necessary parts and fluids, if any, to do it yourself or take it elsewhere. Pay bills like these only by credit/debit card, and if there is a problem you have recourse with the dealer. Pay by check or cash and you have nothing. Get your tractor back, write Kioti cust svc or email them and carefully detail what went on.

Since you paid up front, likely the paperwork got pushed into a pile of "already completed" and while not likely, it looks like everyone dropped the ball on the ticket and they just parked it and waiting for you to pick it up. I guess fault lies in both corners on this, you should have called 6 weeks ago and asked why the work wasn't done and they should have better control of shop orders.
One other thing, you should have done the service yourself. You can do it all in a couple of hours and you would have become a bit aware of your tractor in doing so. I never understand folks who own a tractor but spend that kind of money to service it like an auto that you can drive into a business and leave 15 minutes later with services complete. Tractor owners should be capable and willing to do the minor stuff themselves. Surely in 2 months, one could find a couple of hours to do the work of an oil and filter change. Tractors are not throw away items that you use a few times and discard or trade in like autos. They are normally long term ownership items that owners dote on and love to work and tinker with. Just look at all the post where folks immediately start customizing their "baby" because they LOVE to work on it, take care of it and use it.

What you said, Gary. :D

I looked at the maintenance chart, It's should only take a couple hours of time for the items listed for the 200 hr service, Let them know you are dis-satisfied and ask them to complete it within a couple more days, If they don't comply, Time for a different dealer.

He maybe told them no hurry, Fall time gets busy at dealers with harvest and all, Maybe just a misunderstanding, would hate to mess up a good dealer relationship over something like that.
But I agree that it has took way to long.

If I told them no hurry I would be thinking more in the line of 1 week for a simple service. Not 2 months.
You could dam near build your own tractor from scratch in 2 months
