Ford 1220 Temperature sender part number/replacement help

I have a Ford 1220 and the temperature light does not come on. The bulb is fine, and it will come on if I ground the wire. I'm thinking maybe it is the sender unit? Does anyone know the part number and/or where to get a replacement? I can find them for models 2000 and above, but nothing for the 1000 series. The 2000 models look different (the male part where the wire connects seems to be threaded) and I don't know about the diameter either. Thanks!

Thanks, I'll check that one out. For some reason I could not find it on any of the parts blowouts; thought it would have been a relatively common replacement part and shown either with the radiator or the block.
