IMHO his whole story is a little HOKEY. From the attorney general to his laywer getting involved to his kioti dealer not being able to get in touch Kioti corporate.

If LaK's story is true, that man has the worst luck of anyone I know. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. No-start is fairly simple to troubleshoot, especially if the issue is electric (which is why it's hard to understand how a dealer can't fix it). LaK's communications are so confusing and incomplete that I can't give good advice, and that's frustrating to me too. So as we used to day in a prior life, I'm out of this fight.

I agree,I would give anyone the benefit of doubt also.His tractor stories have WAY to many holes in them.If I had that much drama going on in my life I would reflect on what I was doing wrong and CHANGE IT.

Fine. Here is the update:

Tractor was fixed and returned by the dealer. Then it failed again. The failure, which he'll choose not to describe, happened at an indeterminite time while performing a non-specific task. His wife tried to call Kioti North America but found that their line was diconnected. A follow-up call by the dealer to the number listed for Daedong in Seoul turned out to be a sex hotline. So, the only thing left to do was place a call to Attorney General Holder. Mr. Holder contacted Mr. Obama who, in turn, held a press conference to annouce the launch of a blue-ribbon panel to seek justice for LaK.

While Mrs. LaK was busy working with the AG and POTUS, LaK was busy breaking ground on a day camp for Disabled Juvenile Veterans of Foreign Wars which will be staffed by blind refugee monks from Darfur. All he has to work with, since his tractor is down, is a hammer, a mattock, and a single chisel that was dropped by his great uncle as he was being abducted by aliens. His 4-yr old niece who is, herself, a disabled veteran and Medal of Honor recipient, has been keeping his nail pouch filled for him.

I may have a point or two mixed up, but I doubt I'm too far off.

I do not believe he meant that the dealer said it was time for lawyers, only that the dealer said he wasnt receiving phone calls back from Kioti.. Landed said it was time for lawyers..
