Whoa guys, let's not turn this into a Vet's mudsling thing OK? That is not a way to honor Vets, and no kind of example of how things get done on TBN. Can we please move back to finding out the status on the mystery tractor? I for one think it's back at the OP's place fixed, and he doesn't want to confirm it here after bashing everyone and thing on Earth. I guess they replaced the entire harness and the controller, under the floorboard and now it works as it should. Tough to eat CROW, huh?! So what can be said about Kioti and corporate? Probably nothing but THANKS. I'm doubting we'll EVER see those words spoken here by the OP, but then I could be wrong- I'll wait for the day that happens.

Yeah they replaced all of it and it still won't start like it should. But now when you shut the key off it still runs. So me and my pastor had to cut the fuel off going to it to shut it off.

OK. That sucks for sure. What to do but send it back for more parts? Not like it's doing you any good as is, unfortunately.

And, BTW, I'm not saying anyone is slinging mud AT Vets; but using disabled Vets or any reference to Vets to make a joke about this tractor saga is low and uncalled for and degrading to those who have served this country for our benefit. Keep the discussion about the tractor, otherwise you're doing just what you accuse the OP of doing. Some people brag about their service to others some don't; irrelevant to this thread. Move on.

Nobody ever slung any mud at disasbled vets. Midnightoyl saw the words "disabled vets" in my post earlier and got all worked up. I dropped it with him becuase I figured he re-read the post eventually and realize I wasn't dissing anyone- just commenting on how LaK is constantly dragging "disabled-this" and "vet-that" into every post. LaK did come back earlier and said that they delivered his tractor and it failed to start coming off the trailer - then deleted the post. Who knows? Who cares?


I didn't slam vets, and I didn't delete my post. I talk about the vets because it was one of huge things we bought the tractor for was to help. And when kioti can't get it right . We are the ones that have to tell them we can help you with your wood fix your driveway remove your snow, because a so called brand new tractor we bought won't run right even though they have tried fixing the issue several times. The CEO and the rest of kioti staff set behind a computer giving us the run around. When this last time it was supposed be they where taking pictures to either exchange for another tractor or our money back.

Instead of harping on me why don't you all call kioti and tell them to do the right thing and give us a new tractor instead of having a tractor after everything they have tried and still doesn't work. It makes me sad

BTW, I DID call Whittimore and expressed concern about what was wrong with your tractor and they were nice enough to tell me they were replacing the harness and the controller and were going to be returning it to you on a Friday, a week or so ago. that's why I asked for an update. I have been trying to help you, if you'll let me. If you want to PM me with the serial number and where you bought it originally, along with date and any other details, and your permission, I will personally go to Kioti Corporate and see what I can do for you, by phone/email, (not by car--too far). Let's not forget I persisted with Kioti on the 'squeal in reverse' issue until it was completely resolved. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but I will do my best to get it resolved once and forever.

I am with you CM, give me the info and I will call Kioti too. Heck lets make it a TBN help LaK callethon and lets end this once and for all.

I will get back to you later. Whittemore&sons returned it and the guy had to jiggle everything to get it to start to get it off the trailer. They have been great . But when I called them yesterday about the issue they where going to call kioti and call me back yesterday. Still waiting. So much going on packing moving and my hero passed away Friday is his funeral( rip gramp)
