Now one thing I've used my tractor for a couple of times is pulling a stuck car or truck out of a ditch or snowbank. But where do I hook a tow chain up to a doggone Prius? Only times I've seen any towed is on the back of a tilt bed truck, or with a front wheel sling & trailer.
With the removable towing eye, just like most other modern cars.

Have a couple friends with Prius. They like them. One moved out of the area a year ago, but when he was here he racked up the miles on it(lot of foothill driving). He never had any reliability issues. Now he is in S. Calif, racking up the more miles on it. Other friend, we did two hour trip with. They rack up the miles on thiers too; They did not mention any issues. At 6-2, I found the seatin and ride comfortable.

Have another friend with Honda hybrid; he had to replace batteries before 100k miles. Friends with Prius racked up lots more mileage without those issues.

I remember having to replace the front end on my Ford Aerostar every 50K. After the second one, I traded it in for a Nissan Sentra, but only because the wife was driving our other van, so I only needed a commuter vehicle, not a hauler.

ugh Aerostar; I had one of them, got rid of it quick after trying to put in a set of sparkplugs. Ford should have thought that thru a little better but i guess they were playing catch up to the caravan/yoyager.

well how bout that!

My dad was a blue oval guy and used to point to the tow hooks on the front of chevys and tell them bowtie guys " fords have there hooks on the back". I'm not really a "brand" guy but I still use that joke from time to time.lol

We have 2 on my road, only 12 homes. One is a 2010 with 150,000 trouble free miles. Only thing changed is one head light bulb. Down side is its heavy so 35000 miles is about all for a set of tires

Pretty skeptical about a 1966 car with 3 million miles.
The Prius example above are of miles without repairs except where noted.
48 years and untold money and replacement parts is, in my book a whole different thing. apples-oranges.

Love the Prius.

Had the Camry Hybrid as a loaner. Great, quiet car, albeit the interior is way to plasticy and cheap for that price point IMHO.

My father is likely going to get one of the new Avalon Hybrids, once Toyota FINALLY gets off their butt and launches it in Canada. He was going to go with the Lexus ES350 Hybrid, but the Avalon is basically the same car, at a better price, but more accurately the salesman at Lexus tried to pull a fast one on him so he will be leaving the Lexus brand for his next purchase. Even the mighty Lexus can have some idiot salesmen.
