DK45 popping out of reverse

I've been wondering how I can reduce the likelihood of grinding when going from forward to reverse and visa versa with my shuttle.

Any advice. Typically not a problem, I'm thinking the obvious point is to come to a complete stop, any other pointers?

Ran the machine hard today for 5 hours straight, great seat time digging with hoe and boxblading. Really like the size and capability of my machine, perfect for my needs. Pulled some big rocks today.

Is the clutch adjusted properly? The good thing about synchro shuttle is you don't have to stop it's synchronized

I just bought a 2002 DK45 and find it is poping out of gear in 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Not sure what the problem is hope I can find out without having to tear into the tranmission. Sounds like some people have had linkage problem, I'll check that but not sure what I'm looking for.

Do stop, there's little to be gained by not stoppng. Shift easy (i.e. without much force) in two steps: like fwd-to neutral, and then neutral to reverse. Don't "crash shift" direct from fwd to reverse (you aren't drag racing and the synchros aren't good enough for that). If you miss a shift (it didn't go all the way into gear from neutral) wait a few seconds for the transmission to spin down before shifting into gear again.

There may very well be a Kioti mechanic in your thread, but when you don't provide enough info your thread will die due to lack of participation.
