Wayne, I found the number. I think it is RIII 10 114 {3 or 5}57 G

That would make it a Ranger III, made in October, boat number 114, {not sure if the next number is a 3 or a 5}, 1957 model, Gold.

Thanks for your help.

Good Morning. 0830, sunny, 40* with 94% humidity. Forecast high of 65*. We had a nice white frost with ice in the water bowls this morning, but the frost is gone and the ice is melting.

Margie and I have been married 23 years today. Wooo! I have to work tonight, so she is taking off tomorrow so we can go out to eat.

Larro

Wow! Congratulations. Any woman who can put up with one of us for 23 years deserves a great dinner.:)

Fedex Ground here is a mix of the old Airborne Express owner operator and FedEx employees. All now must have the approved FedEx trucks. No more delivery in the 78 LUV trucks.

We had a FEDEX delivery about a week ago...guy came in an old Subaru Outback.

Larro and Margie, congrats, that is just super.

failed the EMG miserably, as expected. The ulnar nerve in my right elbow is squished, likely needs surgery to relocate it or do something with it. carpal tunnel both wrists, the right is worse. And he even picked up issues with the two neck vertebra under the neck fusion I had, yup, hurts there too...

Man those shocky things really make you jump. And then they stick pins in you and it makes an audible sound, like a whale noise but for humans...

Had to chuckle, as I was getting those pins stuck in me, I thought of FarmGirl and her horses. I'm just another old horse getting ready for pasture. But not yet... :dance1:

I suspect they are delivering the newer packages on time instead of first in first out - that way only half the packages are late.

Pretty clever answer and it does make the most sense.

Dave 1949.
If your ever down this way give a yell,I'll be happy to give you a tour of chemistry building which I work at..see how your tax dollars at work ;) or should say interesting projects. :)

Thanks for the invite Thomas. Our cable went down about two minutes after your post. "Interesting projects" eh?

I'm enjoying the Disappearing Spoon book. As a certified chemistry dolt, the scientist stories and simple explanations of the chemical and physical properties of the elements is educational.

Yep I thought it was a Ranger, split seat was a dead give away. Highly desired Feathercraft, heck I know three or four people that would love to own one.
Glad you were able to find the serial number.

64F .22 inches rain yesterday.

Start putting that plumbing jigsaw together today.

Sorry about those that didn't make Happy Hour yesterday, it was a bit cool (high 60's/low 70's and windy) so we staid inside. My spaghetti and meatballs were awesome :)

Have a great day.
