I am not sure where I heard/read it but in the not to distant past I remember hearing that Phil was going to leave the show soon.
This may be his exit strategy.
Seems like a perfectly good way to go out to me............

I believe that we should boycott all of A&E's shows EXCEPT Duck Dynasty.
The "antis" are going to be boycotting Duck Dynasty to try to get it removed from the air. If the "pro" Duck Dynasty fans boycott it too, then it will be removed. Let's keep watching to let them know we want Phil back.

I think that is the only show on A&E that I do watch
And someone had to tell me about it for me to find out it was even on because I do not watch anything else on it

I am not so sure there is any group that is riled up enough a out this to boycott Duck Dynasty. A&E followed normal corporate PR policy in distancing themselves from a potentially damaging association. Just the same as Nike did when they dumped Tiger.

I don't doubt someone will stick a microphone in the face of some gay activist and get a sound bite for the news but I seriously doubt the gay community would get riled up about the quotes I have seen.

On CNN Crossfire, Newt Gangrich said they asked Phil "to describe/ define sin ". P.R. went on to describe many of the "Corinthians" list of sins. CNN guests were slamming "drunks" (addicts) and saying homosexuals should be very offended for being listed with ("drunks"--people whom science says may be genetically predisposed to a behavior). Gee, isn't that a big argument the "tolerant" LGBT groups like to stand on?

the more liberal most groups are, the less tolerant of other peoples lifes concerns they are in my humble opinion

Would you have been offended if someone asked the same question listed Christians with drunks? Wouldn't you be upset if you don't think your beliefs are pathological?
