Yeah it is like rider7767 says, but thanks for the tip on the toothpaste.
Either I am stuck with it, buy a new one, which is highly unlikely, or make something to replace it with I am thinking LED.

GMtb42. Look at my old lens in the picture. If it is in better shape than yours, I will gladly send it to you. I sealed it with a polish, so I think it will hold up. PM with your address if you want it.

Still not sure what I am going to do with this but will wait until spring to start anything.
